No charges will be applicable for an individual invited on official works. Food and tea will be given on no extra charges for those on official works.
No food will be served to non-official person s tea and coffee will be prepared by the person him/herself as facility of electric kettle and items for tea etc. will be provided in the room itself.
Request for booking of guest house in prescribed format, which can be downloaded from Institute website www.spabhopal.ac.in, should be made in advance to avoid inconvenience in bookings.
Filled-in proforma for booking of guest house is to be sent to email: guesthouse@spabhopal.ac.in.
Check-in and Check-out time: 24 Hrs.
Stay of any guest is permissible maximum up to 8 days.
In case of damage and wear & tear of furniture, fixtures and other items available in the room, person residing in the room shall be responsible and may be charged for the same.
Consumption of Alcoholic drinks and other intoxicating substances etc. is strictly prohibited.

In case of cancellation, amount shall be refunded as per following:
Cancellation before 48 hours, 75% of booking charges shall be refunded.
Cancellation less than 48 hours to 24 hours, 50% shall be refunded.
Cancellation in less than 24 hours - No refund permitted.
